Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or software.
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and building sales pipelines.
- Strong hunter mindset with a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.
- Understanding of IT security requirements, compliance, and modern security architectures.
- Experience selling complex solutions such as security, software, SaaS, or cloud products.
- Structured and target-oriented work style with strong closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools for managing opportunities and forecasts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level.
- Very good German language skills.
- Good English language skills for international collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new B2B customers and expand sales territory.
- Build and develop a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently from initial contact to contract closing.
- Position cybersecurity solutions as business-critical value for customers.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and consultations, both remotely and on-site.
- Build relationships with CISOs, IT managers, and security decision-makers.
- Collaborate with presales, marketing, and partners to close complex deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
