Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or software.
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and building sales pipelines.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.
  • Understanding of IT security requirements, compliance, and modern security architectures.
  • Experience selling complex solutions such as security, software, SaaS, or cloud products.
  • Structured and target-oriented work style with strong closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools for managing opportunities and forecasts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Good English language skills for international collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new B2B customers and expand sales territory.
  • Build and develop a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle independently from initial contact to contract closing.
  • Position cybersecurity solutions as business-critical value for customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, workshops, and consultations, both remotely and on-site.
  • Build relationships with CISOs, IT managers, and security decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with presales, marketing, and partners to close complex deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
