Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and business requirements elicitation.
- Experience in project management, including developing project plans and monitoring milestones.
- Knowledge of computers, software development, risk management, and information security.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with testing methodology, including test plans and test cases.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into business solutions.
- Act as a liaison between departmental leaders, staff, and IT teams.
- Define business requirements and develop solution alternatives with technical staff.
- Coordinate IT troubleshooting and day-to-day activities to minimize downtime.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects and represent the department on enterprise-wide project teams.
- Create and maintain project schedules, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct regular project team meetings to review deliverables and deadlines.
- Establish test plans, execute testing, and assist with end-user training.
