Requirements
- Qualified Accountant holding a recognized professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience directly managing or mentoring junior analysts.
- Deep understanding of SaaS accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, specifically building dynamic driver-based models.
- Experience with FP&A architecture tools such as Anaplan, Planful, or Adaptive Insights.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Strong ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of three financial analysts.
- Define and align analysts’ portfolios over core SaaS functions.
- Champion professional development and identify stretch opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate on automating financial models and reporting pipelines.
- Manage, forecast, and optimize expenses across all major SaaS business units, including COGS and OpEx.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actuals (BvA) variance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze critical SaaS KPIs such as LTV:CAC, Magic Number, NRR, Rule of 40, and margins.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to build headcount and spend models.
