Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems, enterprise technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP configurations and customizations.
- Familiarity with O2C, P2P, and R2R financial processes.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation projects like ERP migrations.
- Experience implementing AI-driven or automation-first solutions within finance.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build cross-functional relationships.
- Experience presenting structured recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for global finance systems, ensuring technology investments support a scalable architecture.
- Act as the primary authority for the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, including management of BlackLine and FloQast.
- Oversee governance for NetSuite configurations and integrations while maintaining SOX compliance.
- Lead the finance AI and automation roadmap to reduce manual work and improve forecasting and reporting.
- Partner with Data Engineering to build a trusted data foundation for financial analytics.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Systems Analysts and Product Managers.
- Manage multi-team finance transformation goals, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Present technology recommendations and business cases to the CFO and other senior leaders.
