Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration, business operations, data entry, content management, or operational support.
  • Expert spreadsheet skills including functions, data validation, and pivot tables.
  • Expert proficiency in at least one major data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
  • Ability to showcase high-quality dashboards or reports during the interview.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with multiple systems and platforms in a tech-enabled environment.
  • Growth mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong organizational capability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts aligned with EST time zone.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL (desirable).
  • Experience with CMS or CRM platforms (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the end-to-end delivery of business assignments within a small team.
  • Prioritize and organize workload across multiple tasks and workstreams.
  • Track progress against SLAs and KPIs using digital tools.
  • Manage the lifecycle of complex, unstructured research datasets ensuring data integrity.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Translate raw data into clear, visually compelling, and actionable insights.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and findings.
  • Develop and document standardized processes and best practices for data lifecycles.
