Requirements

  • Practical experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies (focus on Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack).
  • Expertise in system design and architecture with the ability to derive end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and common components/patterns.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and deployment tools (e.g., Helm).
  • Understanding of GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) is a plus.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a structured manner.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance on cloud adoption, operation, and development.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
  • Plan and moderate workshops, trainings, and technical deep-dives.
  • Create reproducible reference setups and best-practice examples.
  • Coordinate technical requirements and regular meetings with partners and customers.
  • Develop content such as blog posts, how-tos, and reference implementations.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and trends to provide input for product and engineering teams.
