Requirements
- Practical experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies (focus on Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack).
- Expertise in system design and architecture with the ability to derive end-to-end solutions.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and common components/patterns.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and deployment tools (e.g., Helm).
- Understanding of GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a structured manner.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on cloud adoption, operation, and development.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
- Plan and moderate workshops, trainings, and technical deep-dives.
- Create reproducible reference setups and best-practice examples.
- Coordinate technical requirements and regular meetings with partners and customers.
- Develop content such as blog posts, how-tos, and reference implementations.
- Synthesize customer feedback and trends to provide input for product and engineering teams.
