Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or construction technology sector
- Strong understanding of construction project workflows and delivery processes
- Experience implementing or supporting construction technology solutions in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives in construction
- Experience building dashboards, reporting, or analytics using project or construction data
- Knowledge of construction ecosystem tools such as BIM, ERP systems, and project management platforms
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or BI tools such as Power BI (preferred)
- Ability to engage with stakeholders from project teams to executive leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel as required for customer and internal engagements
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical subject matter expert on construction platform capabilities, workflows, and integration possibilities
- Lead technical customer engagements, analyzing construction workflows and translating them into scalable digital solutions
- Configure and optimize construction workflows including document management, RFIs, submittals, field operations, and model coordination
- Design dashboards, reports, and analytics to track project performance, adoption, and operational outcomes
- Support integrations between construction platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, BI tools, and other AEC technologies via APIs and data connectors
- Conduct technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and maturity
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute customer success plans and ensure alignment with business outcomes
- Translate customer business initiatives into platform capabilities aligned with AEC industry best practices and ROI objectives
