Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or construction technology sector
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows and delivery processes
  • Experience implementing or supporting construction technology solutions in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives in construction
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting, or analytics using project or construction data
  • Knowledge of construction ecosystem tools such as BIM, ERP systems, and project management platforms
  • Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or BI tools such as Power BI (preferred)
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders from project teams to executive leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer and internal engagements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on construction platform capabilities, workflows, and integration possibilities
  • Lead technical customer engagements, analyzing construction workflows and translating them into scalable digital solutions
  • Configure and optimize construction workflows including document management, RFIs, submittals, field operations, and model coordination
  • Design dashboards, reports, and analytics to track project performance, adoption, and operational outcomes
  • Support integrations between construction platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, BI tools, and other AEC technologies via APIs and data connectors
  • Conduct technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and maturity
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute customer success plans and ensure alignment with business outcomes
  • Translate customer business initiatives into platform capabilities aligned with AEC industry best practices and ROI objectives
