Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with significant leadership experience in scaling growth functions within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
- Proven success managing large-scale paid media budgets and driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and related performance marketing ecosystems.
- Deep analytical capability with experience working with large datasets, forecasting performance, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and influence senior leadership through clear communication and data-driven storytelling.
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, attribution models, and full-funnel growth optimization in digital environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall member acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with growth targets and long-term business objectives while maximizing performance across all paid and organic channels.
- Lead channel performance management, including forecasting, reporting, and optimization across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, with accountability for traffic quality and conversion outcomes.
- Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across creative, audience, messaging, landing pages, and funnel optimization to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Tech, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop scalable growth solutions and improve measurement, attribution, and campaign execution.
- Manage external platform partners and vendors, ensuring strong collaboration, access to beta programs, and alignment on performance objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering analytical rigor, accountability, and a strong culture of experimentation.
