Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Python or another programming language for scripting, API integrations, and data processing.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
- Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code and automation tools, specifically n8n and Langflow.
- Ability to integrate tools such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), ElevenLabs, and Dialogflow CX.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and a solid understanding of RAG architecture.
- Proficiency with REST APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level and Polish C2.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize internal AI tools utilizing advanced technologies, including Langflow, Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ADK.
- Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and prototypes for emerging AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to automate processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Establish standards and best practices for AI deployment and integration across the organization.
- Lead discovery sessions to thoroughly understand and analyze clients' business needs.
- Design and implement tailored AI solutions that address specific organizational challenges.
- Deliver end-to-end AI implementations, guiding projects from concept to production.
- Provide strategic consultancy on digital transformation powered by AI technologies.
