Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including Agile/Lean or Kanban.
- Knowledge of Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Amazon Q/Kiro.
- Experience creating system workflows and documentation.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to teach and mentor software engineers.
- Cloud development experience with Azure or AWS (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead system requirements analysis and validation using industry methodologies.
- Maintain deep knowledge of business processes to guide solution design and prioritization.
- Establish and improve processes for system planning and release planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to present solutions aligning with business and technical objectives.
- Provide development effort and cost estimates for resource planning.
- Produce and maintain initiative and platform system documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop user stories, use cases, and delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to improve reliability.
