Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or B2B relationship management.
- Proven success driving retention, product adoption, and partner satisfaction within SaaS, logistics, or marketplace sectors.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Zendesk.
- Solid understanding of order management, fulfillment workflows, and billing processes.
- Ability to interpret data and KPIs to prioritize account actions.
- Capacity to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Availability aligned to US Pacific or Eastern business hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored success plans mapping platform capabilities to business goals.
- Drive product adoption by introducing relevant features and removing engagement barriers.
- Serve as the primary long-term point of contact post-onboarding.
- Monitor account health signals and trends to proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess partner health and surface opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and milestones in CRM systems.
