Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience, specifically in the E-com/DTC space.
- Expertise in Figma including Auto-layout and components.
- Strong understanding of heatmaps, conversion funnels, and UX/UI principles.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools for retouching, generation, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to deliver organized, developer-ready, and pixel-perfect design files.
- Familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus (nice-to-have).
- Basic motion design skills using After Effects or similar (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Design world-class PDPs, homepages, and collection flows that feel premium and load fast.
- Use Figma to build wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes rooted in psychology and CRO.
- Leverage Midjourney, Firefly, and other AI tools to generate stunning lifestyle assets and rapid layout iterations.
- Maintain scalable component libraries so our builds stay clean and developer-friendly.
- Create thumb-stopping experiences for the modern mobile shopper.
