  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools to manage pipelines and hiring workflows.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a strong ability to engage candidates and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the process.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and independent working style with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and selection strategies.
  • Design and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with both technical requirements and organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on workforce planning, advising on hiring needs, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality of hire.
  • Stay current with industry trends in talent acquisition and apply best practices to strengthen hiring outcomes and employer branding.
