Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Consulting, Organizational Development, or Generalist roles.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders on complex talent and organizational challenges.
  • Deep knowledge of core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and change management.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use workforce data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or similar) and talent management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic People Partner to senior leaders, advising on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Coach managers and executives through key HR processes including hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation cycles, and employee development.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance improvement, policy interpretation, and workplace issue resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership teams to understand organizational dynamics and proactively address talent needs.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to implement talent initiatives such as performance programs, onboarding, engagement strategies, and leadership development.
  • Analyze workforce and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.
  • Facilitate leadership development sessions and support capability-building across management teams.
