Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Consulting, Organizational Development, or Generalist roles.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders on complex talent and organizational challenges.
- Deep knowledge of core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and change management.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use workforce data to inform decisions.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or similar) and talent management processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic People Partner to senior leaders, advising on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
- Coach managers and executives through key HR processes including hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation cycles, and employee development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance improvement, policy interpretation, and workplace issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams to understand organizational dynamics and proactively address talent needs.
- Partner with HR colleagues to implement talent initiatives such as performance programs, onboarding, engagement strategies, and leadership development.
- Analyze workforce and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.
- Facilitate leadership development sessions and support capability-building across management teams.
