Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or similar analytical finance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, or customer-facing teams is highly desirable.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping businesses improve financial decision-making.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Collaborative and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance advisor to customers, helping them design and optimize financial planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal product teams, translating real-world finance needs into actionable product insights.
- Support customers in building financial models, templates, and planning structures tailored to their business requirements.
- Guide customers on best practices in FP&A, financial metrics, and performance analysis using the platform.
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to support customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion strategies.
- Identify new customer use cases and opportunities to improve product value and adoption.
- Provide expert-level advisory support in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis.
- Contribute to the development of customer success frameworks and scalable advisory playbooks.
