Requirements

  • Proven experience in analytics within e-commerce and paid media environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data platforms, with Databricks experience considered a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital tracking ecosystems.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms for reporting and visualization.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion indicators.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, attribution modeling, and incremental analysis is a plus.
  • Exposure to BigQuery and media platforms is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze paid media performance and user behavior across app and web environments to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance, media allocation, and investment decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports to support business visibility and decision-making.
  • Work with multiple data sources such as GA4, Databricks, and media platforms to ensure data consistency and depth of analysis.
  • Support strategic decisions focused on growth, efficiency, and improved ROI/ROAS across digital channels.
