Job Details

Strong senior experience in Data Science / Machine Learning with full lifecycle ownership (problem definition to production deployment and impact measurement).
Solid foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and experimental design.
Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
Experience working with Git and software engineering best practices for reproducibility and collaboration.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API-based systems.
Strong ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions with clear communication skills.
Experience with MLOps practices such as CI/CD, model monitoring, or feature stores is a plus.
Background in product-driven companies (fintech, e-commerce, healthtech, or similar) is a differential.
Knowledge of advanced ML techniques such as NLP, recommendation systems, or deep learning is also a plus.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models from end to end, ensuring business impact and production readiness.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines covering ingestion, processing, and consumption layers.
Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to define metrics, hypotheses, and A/B testing strategies.
Ensure data quality, governance, reproducibility, and best practices across all analytical and modeling workflows.
Support decision-making through experimentation, forecasting, and advanced statistical analysis.
Mentor team members and promote a strong culture of data science excellence and continuous improvement.
