Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in application support or infrastructure monitoring within enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, IIS, and .NET applications.
Solid knowledge of SQL, including queries, jobs, performance tuning, and Always On configurations.
Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Exposure to Azure monitoring and foundational networking concepts.
Familiarity with Global Command Center or service desk operations.
Ability to create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills in English for supporting international customers.
Good understanding of ITIL practices.

Own end-to-end operational support for applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
Perform L2 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across application and infrastructure layers.
Monitor system performance, review logs, and investigate application or database issues.
Manage client communications and prepare service reviews and performance reports.
Maintain and evolve a knowledge base of known issues and standard resolution procedures.
Identify recurring incidents to implement proactive alerts and automated monitoring improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
Participate in technical and stakeholder calls to ensure transparent progress tracking.
Create and maintain technical documentation and service runbooks.
