Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in application support or infrastructure monitoring within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, IIS, and .NET applications.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, including queries, jobs, performance tuning, and Always On configurations.
- Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Exposure to Azure monitoring and foundational networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Global Command Center or service desk operations.
- Ability to create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English for supporting international customers.
- Good understanding of ITIL practices.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational support for applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
- Perform L2 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across application and infrastructure layers.
- Monitor system performance, review logs, and investigate application or database issues.
- Manage client communications and prepare service reviews and performance reports.
- Maintain and evolve a knowledge base of known issues and standard resolution procedures.
- Identify recurring incidents to implement proactive alerts and automated monitoring improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in technical and stakeholder calls to ensure transparent progress tracking.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and service runbooks.
