Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a similar systems engineering, support, or DevOps role.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud).
- Experience with firewall management.
- Knowledge of Linux-based systems.
- Proven fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible to adapt to changing shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work across different time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement system architectures to ensure security frameworks.
- Manage system configuration and maintain hardware and software to meet project requirements.
- Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies.
- Implement applications developed by Azeus in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud).
- Lead the implementation of applications in client premises.
- Identify and analyze system integration problems.
- Resolve server issues by identifying root causes and implementing remedial actions.
- Formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Identify recurrent tasks and recommend automation tools.
- Provide on-call support for cases.
