Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on web application testing and automation.
- Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright or similar.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python preferred).
- Strong experience in API testing (REST and/or GraphQL) using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Locust.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile development workflows.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or similar) for test creation and debugging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience testing AI-powered or LLM-based features is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of automated and manual testing strategies across web, API, and backend systems.
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Locust) to improve coverage and release speed.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to define test scenarios and embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Design and execute API and integration testing strategies to validate data flows and service reliability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices to enforce automated quality gates.
- Support the testing of AI-enabled features, including LLM outputs and prompt regression.
