Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in Generative AI.
- At least 2+ years of experience in traditional Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, NLP, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, or Azure OpenAI models.
- Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, agentic AI design, and model integration.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong analytical thinking and solution design capability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI agents using LLMs for reasoning, automation, and workflow orchestration.
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines including training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for self-learning and reflex-based agent systems.
- Create scalable APIs, utilities, and integrations using Python for AI services.
- Build multi-step agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop enterprise AI solutions including NLQ-to-SQL translators.
- Collaborate on system architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of models.
