Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering with strong cloud infrastructure expertise.
- Proven experience deploying and operating WebRTC systems, including LiveKit (self-hosted or cloud).
- Strong understanding of real-time communication infrastructure, including media servers and TURN/STUN configuration.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience working with AWS and at least one additional cloud provider (GCP or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or CloudWatch).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, load balancing).
- Experience with databases and storage systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and S3-based solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed, real-time systems.
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure to support real-time and WebRTC-based applications, including LiveKit environments.
- Deploy and manage WebRTC infrastructure components such as media servers, TURN/STUN servers, and real-time communication systems.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and automated deployment workflows.
- Ensure system observability through logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, implementing proactive incident response and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize build, deployment, and runtime processes for real-time applications.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and other providers (Google Cloud or Azure), ensuring resilience and cost efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and client-facing updates, including standups and weekly demos.
