Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in software/application delivery and technology leadership roles.
  • At least 5+ years of experience supporting HR and recruiting systems in large-scale (25,000+ employee) global environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and related HR integrations.
  • Strong background in enterprise application management, system architecture, or IT service delivery.
  • Proven experience leading teams in complex, multi-stakeholder technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR automation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven process improvement.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as payroll, benefits, and external HR service providers.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource planning for large-scale programs.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, with a focus on Workday HCM, recruiting, and HR automation platforms.
  • Oversee delivery of SaaS-based and custom application solutions supporting HR, finance, and business operations workflows.
  • Manage application roadmaps, prioritization, and execution of short- and long-term transformation initiatives.
  • Drive integration of Workday with enterprise systems, including payroll, benefits, background checks, and third-party vendors.
  • Lead and mentor a global team responsible for application delivery, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and enforce standards for system configuration, documentation, and operational continuity.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Oversee AI and automation initiatives within HR systems to enhance workflow efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage project governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
