Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale system implementation or enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing multi-country teams and complex global stakeholders.
- Strong background in process improvement, system implementation, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across logistics, supply chain, or similar global operational environments is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of enterprise platforms such as CargoWise or comparable systems.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities at executive level.
- Ability to operate in a transformation-focused environment, driving outcomes over outputs.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of global operations systems programs, ensuring successful implementation across operations, IT, finance, and market units.
- Define and drive a standardized global operating model, including L4 processes, SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Lead the re-implementation and optimization of core platforms such as CargoWise, ensuring proper sequencing, rollout strategy, and legacy system transition.
- Champion automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven process optimization to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Establish governance structures, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks for program execution and risk management.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalations, and program risks while ensuring alignment with executive leadership.
- Oversee change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful global rollout and user readiness.
- Coordinate with technology partners and vendors to ensure delivery quality, accountability, and alignment with contractual expectations.
