Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field from an accredited institution.
- 7–10 years of experience in acquisition management, contract administration, or procurement support.
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance.
- Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations and federal acquisition processes.
- Experience supporting defense or government procurement environments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based government systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and track procurement data and acquisition packages to improve quality, efficiency, and scheduling outcomes.
- Gather acquisition requirements from government technical authorities to support planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare and maintain technical data packages (TDPs) for procurement and contracting activities.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation libraries for acquisition and contract records.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, NMCARS, and Navy acquisition policies and quality assurance standards.
- Serve as liaison between program managers, technical authorities, and Navy contracting personnel.
- Support development of acquisition policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Assist in coordinating multiple procurement tasks while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
