Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, including work on complex enterprise or large-scale digital products.
- Proven experience leading multi-team design initiatives with measurable product and business impact.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design work across complex systems.
- Expertise in UX and UI design, including interaction design, visual systems, and scalable design patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma and other modern design/prototyping platforms.
- Strong user research skills, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of insights into design decisions.
- Experience working in Agile environments alongside engineering and product teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and executive-level decisions.
- Experience contributing to or leading design systems at an organizational scale.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience mentoring mid- and senior-level designers.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for a major product area, including research, ideation, prototyping, visual design, testing, and iteration.
- Define and execute user research strategies such as interviews, usability testing, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product intent and interaction flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions are delivered effectively.
- Advocate for user experience excellence in roadmap planning and strategic product discussions.
- Maintain and evolve scalable design systems with a focus on accessibility, consistency, and performance.
- Lead and mentor other designers, contributing to a strong culture of craft, feedback, and continuous improvement.
