Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise program management, technical project delivery, or customer-facing implementation roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical integrations and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and modern deployment practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale repeatable processes that improve delivery metrics such as time-to-launch and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working across fintech, SaaS, financial services, HR tech, or similarly complex technical environments (preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation, planning, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to anticipate risks, manage ambiguity, and solve complex operational and technical problems proactively.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing program delivery for strategic design partners, acting as the primary point of contact across onboarding, integration, and product launch activities.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Risk teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Oversee partner integration programs, ensuring smooth implementation of APIs, webhooks, and system configurations across technical environments.
  • Serve as the liaison between Product and Customer Success teams, ensuring enablement, documentation, and readiness for new features and launches.
  • Own Statements of Work (SOW) review and approval in collaboration with solution engineering and sales stakeholders.
  • Develop, refine, and scale repeatable processes for onboarding, implementation, and operational workflows to improve speed, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, project plans, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment across all phases of delivery.
  • Provide executive-level updates on project status, risks, and outcomes while influencing decisions in client and internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Negotiate scope, timelines, and requirements while balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business impact.
  • Contribute to revenue outcomes by enabling successful adoption and activation of new customers and product capabilities.
