Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building high-scale consumer products, ad tech systems, or platform infrastructure
  • Proven experience shipping complex, user-facing systems across multiple surfaces end-to-end
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and full-stack development
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-based systems, or automated creative pipelines
  • Experience building or orchestrating production AI workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and distributed system data flows
  • Experience with ad technologies such as rich media, DCO, Prebid, or HTML5 ad production is a strong plus
  • Strong product mindset with ability to operate in 0→1 environments and define architecture from scratch
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with high ownership

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain systems that enable AI agents to automatically generate production-ready ad formats
  • Own the creative rendering and presentation layer across display, video, CTV, DOOH, rich media, and interactive surfaces
  • Define how ad formats are structured, validated, optimized, and delivered across publisher and programmatic ecosystems
  • Design and implement agentic workflows that transform creative inputs into scalable, responsive ad outputs
  • Develop guardrails, testing frameworks, and validation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Contribute to 0→1 product development through rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation
  • Collaborate on technical architecture and roadmap decisions for the ad formats platform
  • Ensure high system reliability through observability, testing, and production best practices
  • Optimize rendering performance and cross-platform compatibility for high-scale ad delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve AI-driven creative tooling and automation capabilities
