Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing project management, traffic coordination, QA, compliance operations, or similar marketing operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex marketing workflows while consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-driven content review processes, preferably within regulated industries such as finance, legal, healthcare, or similar.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills with near-native written English and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing project management and publishing platforms such as HubSpot, Planable, Notable, Asana, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of UTM tracking, campaign governance, and digital marketing operations.
  • Experience designing or improving operational workflows, documentation, version control systems, and AI-assisted processes.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and proactive with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel to the United States up to four times per year with a valid passport.
  • Reliable remote working environment with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing project workflows, ensuring priorities, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables remain visible and on track across distributed teams.
  • Coordinate communication between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently through each stage of production.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance on marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, links, UTMs, documentation, and user journeys before publication.
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance approval processes, maintaining accurate records, version control, and audit-ready documentation for all published materials.
  • Manage publishing workflows across marketing platforms while maintaining governance of brand assets and content versions.
  • Monitor team capacity, timesheets, project progress, and operational bottlenecks, proactively identifying risks and driving accountability across the marketing organization.
  • Develop and continuously improve documentation, quality standards, workflows, and AI-assisted processes to increase operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Own UTM governance, tracking, and auditing to ensure accurate campaign attribution and reporting across marketing channels.
