Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or similar demand generation roles.
- Proven experience planning and executing events, conferences, webinars, and large-scale marketing activations.
- Strong collaboration experience with sales teams, contributing directly to pipeline and revenue generation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Background in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or technology sectors is a strong plus.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Professional fluency in English; Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Strong “AI-first” mindset with experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing performance.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute B2B field marketing strategies focused on demand generation, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, conferences, side events, and webinars to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and impactful engagement with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support lead conversion and optimize the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel.
- Develop and implement post-event strategies to maximize lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders within the fintech and crypto ecosystem.
- Measure and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives using pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.
- Support regional growth initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with cross-market business priorities.
