Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in programmatic media, ad operations, DSP execution, or performance marketing
- Experience working with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath, or Yahoo DSP
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage QA processes, pacing trackers, and structured workflows
- Basic understanding of bidding logic, targeting strategies, and digital media performance metrics
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and campaign reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to escalate issues clearly and effectively
- Highly organized multitasker capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop deeper expertise in programmatic optimization and media buying
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and launch programmatic campaigns in DSP platforms following structured workflows and QA processes
- Set up targeting, budgets, pacing, creative assets, frequency caps, geo-targeting, and brand safety controls
- Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure trafficking accuracy, pixel implementation, and alignment with campaign strategy
- Monitor daily campaign performance including pacing, delivery, budget utilization, and inventory performance
- Identify delivery issues, performance gaps, or pacing risks and escalate or flag issues as needed
- Support optimization activities including bid adjustments, budget shifts, audience refinements, and creative rotations under guidance
- Assist with A/B testing execution and performance improvement initiatives
- Compile performance data, campaign notes, and health updates to support reporting and stakeholder communication
- Maintain high standards of campaign documentation, naming conventions, and platform hygiene
