Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or healthcare consulting.
- Significant time spent in client-facing leadership roles.
- 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex healthcare client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of value-based care, including Risk Adjustment (CMS-HCC, HHS-ACA).
- Expertise in quality programs (HEDIS, Stars, MSSP/ACO).
- Proven ability to operate at the executive and C-suite level.
- Strong skills in strategy influencing and stakeholder navigation.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint storytelling skills for executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Own executive-level relationships for large, complex, and strategic clients as the primary point of accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership regarding strategy, regulatory pressures, and financial goals.
- Lead and facilitate joint executive governance forums to ensure alignment on strategy and performance.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes across risk adjustment, quality, and value-based care.
- Oversee the development and delivery of executive business reviews to articulate ROI and value.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop client success teams to manage complex healthcare accounts.
- Provide executive oversight for the onboarding, implementation, and delivery of multi-year client programs.
