Requirements
- 10+ years of technical SEO experience.
- Demonstrated success implementing Programmatic SEO at scale.
- Strong software engineering or full-stack development background.
- Experience building or advising websites with tens or hundreds of thousands of indexed pages.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, crawl budget optimization, indexation, and structured data.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
- Experience with healthcare, staffing, recruitment, or job board platforms preferred.
- Experience scaling websites to millions of monthly organic visits preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content generation and automation workflows preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, or SQL preferred.
- Experience with SSR, SSG, and API-driven architectures preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate current Programmatic SEO architecture and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance on building scalable SEO systems for a large healthcare job marketplace.
- Validate architectural decisions before new features are deployed.
- Recommend best practices for generating dynamic landing pages across various healthcare-specific categories.
- Advise on URL structure, taxonomy, internal linking, and information architecture.
- Review indexing strategies, canonicalization, crawlability, and duplicate-content prevention.
- Recommend improvements for structured data (Schema.org) implementation.
- Optimize crawl budget and improve indexation of large-scale dynamic content.
- Work with developers to integrate SEO best practices into the product roadmap.
- Review AI-assisted content generation strategies for quality and scalability.
