Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer engineering, solutions sales engineering, or as a user-oriented software engineer.
  • Ability to manage technical client relationships while also contributing directly to the codebase.
  • Experience deploying complex software in critical infrastructure-like environments.
  • Experience mapping API software to enterprise stacks (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience working with enterprise customers with large IT departments and governance processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and flat organizational environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and help customers implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on their business and product needs.
  • Advise customers on technical product architecture and best practices for API integration.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, including answering technical questions, debugging implementations, and resolving issues.
  • Proactively make necessary fixes and improvements directly in the Enode codebase.
  • Act as a champion for new products, features, and company initiatives based on customer insights.
  • Drive internal projects such as enhancing developer portal experiences and creating integration guides.
