Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer engineering, solutions sales engineering, or as a user-oriented software engineer.
- Ability to manage technical client relationships while also contributing directly to the codebase.
- Experience deploying complex software in critical infrastructure-like environments.
- Experience mapping API software to enterprise stacks (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Experience working with enterprise customers with large IT departments and governance processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and flat organizational environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Design and help customers implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on their business and product needs.
- Advise customers on technical product architecture and best practices for API integration.
- Provide ongoing technical support, including answering technical questions, debugging implementations, and resolving issues.
- Proactively make necessary fixes and improvements directly in the Enode codebase.
- Act as a champion for new products, features, and company initiatives based on customer insights.
- Drive internal projects such as enhancing developer portal experiences and creating integration guides.
