Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, technology implementations, or solution delivery.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.
- Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Proven ability in objection handling and project scope management.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CAPM or PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
- Experience with Kantata by Mavenlink is preferred.
- Experience with Aircall and Snowflake is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy standardized project management processes to increase delivery quality.
- Manage daily project tracking, resource planning, and task management within Kantata.
- Oversee the sales-to-delivery handoff, including scoping, estimation, and contract alignment.
- Maintain data hygiene across Kantata and HubSpot to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with consultants, designers, and developers to ensure clarity on project requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate client kickoff calls and internal sync meetings.
- Contribute to internal operations, change management, and development of training assets.
