Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an insurance compliance, investigative, or operational role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for detailed work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of insurance industry rules and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Professional designations such as LOMA FLMI, AIRC, or CFE are preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate or legal support background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and review customer, agent, and Department of Insurance complaints.
  • Draft accurate, timely, and compliant written responses to complaints.
  • Perform investigative duties on potentially fraudulent activity and report findings to management.
  • Conduct outreach to agents and agencies to discuss transactions and resolve deficiencies.
  • Monitor agents via the company's Red Flag system and support screening of new producers.
  • Prepare management reports on consumer complaint trends and anti-fraud outcomes.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and contribute to policy/procedure development.
