Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an insurance compliance, investigative, or operational role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for detailed work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of insurance industry rules and regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Professional designations such as LOMA FLMI, AIRC, or CFE are preferred.
- Paralegal certificate or legal support background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and review customer, agent, and Department of Insurance complaints.
- Draft accurate, timely, and compliant written responses to complaints.
- Perform investigative duties on potentially fraudulent activity and report findings to management.
- Conduct outreach to agents and agencies to discuss transactions and resolve deficiencies.
- Monitor agents via the company's Red Flag system and support screening of new producers.
- Prepare management reports on consumer complaint trends and anti-fraud outcomes.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and contribute to policy/procedure development.
