Requirements

  • Experience in investigating and replicating technical issues in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing various AI models.
  • Comprehension of working across tiered support systems.
  • Linux command line proficiency is essential.
  • Experience identifying and verifying cybersecurity risks.
  • Strong understanding of IT tools and standards: Nmap, Curl, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and Email Security.
  • Experience with n8n and API integrations.
  • Critical thinking skills to investigate and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and asynchronously across multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and world-class enterprise service to the global UpGuard community and internal staff.
  • Manage technical inquiries, including cross-departmental escalations with security committees and engineering teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and update internal and external knowledge base content.
  • Upskill and educate users on maximizing success within the platform.
  • Analyze, investigate, and explain remediation steps for risks identified via the platform.
  • Advocate on behalf of users to the product team to implement feature improvements.
  • Create and innovate using AI and cutting-edge technologies to support service delivery.
