Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with production application experience.
- Practical experience with Next.js and modern frontend development approaches.
- Demonstrated experience with REST API integration.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous state management (e.g., TanStack/React Query).
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Zustand.
- Experience developing complex user flows such as onboarding and payment pricing.
- Understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and feature flags.
- Experience with team development workflows including Git, code reviews, and basic testing.
- Strong autonomy and experience with end-to-end delivery from requirements to release.
Responsibilities
- Build frontend features for Reprism site and platform from ideation to production.
- Manage growth-funnel elements including signup, onboarding, payment, and acquisition flows.
- Execute fake-door features and rapid experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Develop platform UI components such as chat, AI model selection, citation workflows, and AI research tools.
- Integrate third-party services and backend APIs including Google OAuth, feedback tools, and analytics.
- Polish UI production quality including responsive design, error states, and UX edge cases.
- Maintain high codebase standards through code reviews and refactoring.
