Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building AI/ML systems in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python with production-grade practices like packaging, testing, and async.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and building RAG pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Qdrant) and embedding models.
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, model evaluation, and fine-tuning vs. prompt engineering.
- Experience building and deploying APIs (FastAPI, Flask) for ML models in production.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with data processing at scale using SQL, pandas, or Spark.
- Competency with Git and GitHub for version control, branching, and code reviews.
- Previous remote work experience with a proven ability to manage time and communication.
- Must be available for audio/video meetings and Slack during 9 AM - 1 PM EST daily.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered internal tools and data-driven systems including analytics platforms and reporting automation.
- Develop AI/ML-driven platforms to process and analyze large-scale operational data from 30M+ sites.
- Design and deploy RAG systems, LLM-powered features, and agentic workflows.
- Build data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve behavioral and operational data at scale.
- Prototype and ship AI solutions to streamline internal processes and improve decision-making.
- Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and latency.
- Write clean, well-tested, production-grade Python code with proper observability.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate needs into functional internal tools.
