Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with production application experience.
- Experience working with Next.js and modern frontend approaches.
- Practical experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with TanStack (React Query) or similar asynchronous state management.
- Experience with state management libraries like Zustand.
- Experience developing product user flows (signup, onboarding, payment, pricing).
- Understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and feature flags.
- Experience in team development using Git, code review, and basic testing.
- High level of independence and experience with end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build frontend features for Reprism site and platform from concept to production.
- Manage growth funnels including signup, onboarding, payment, and acquisition flows.
- Execute fake-door features and rapid experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- Develop platform UI components such as chat, AI model selection, academic commands, and PDF/citation workflows.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs including Google OAuth, analytics events, and backend services.
- Maintain high codebase standards through code reviews and refactoring.
