- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license (paid training provided).
- Must reside in specified states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, MT, WY, TN, AL, OK, KY.
- Available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- Maintain a professional home office space with a dedicated desk.
- Wired (cable, fiber, or DSL) high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed.
- Commitment to the initial 16-18 week training period.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and consult with customers on insurance needs.
- Manage incoming warm leads to match customers with correct coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty brand professionally in a contact center environment.
- Adapt to changing schedules and policyholder needs.
