Requirements
- Master's degree.
- Active Massachusetts state licensure (LCSW or provisionally licensed LMHC).
- Desire to expand clinical and business skill sets.
- Adaptability to new software platforms.
- Commitment to ongoing self-awareness and self-care.
- Community-oriented with a passion for collaboration.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions.
- Master the Resilience Lab Methodology (RLM) to engage, retain, and graduate clients.
- Assess client needs, build trust, and develop coping strategies.
- Evaluate sessions and outcomes through intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice.
- Maintain a minimum of 30 units per month.
- Network within and outside the organization to maintain client base.
