Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
- Proficiency utilizing tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Advanced English Proficiency.
- Experience working on a platform with multiple services.
- Experience collaborating with multiple team members to design and implement technical projects.
- Ability to work and problem-solve independently.
- DevOps or SRE experience (nice to have).
- Proficiency in Golang and Ruby in a production environment (nice to have).
- Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing engineering processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement process improvements and continuous integration/delivery best practices.
- Partner with engineers to build high-quality, scalable products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to promote consistent development standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new engineers.
- Act as a mentor to provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and code review feedback.
- Maintain and improve legacy codebases with a focus on optimization.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
