Requirements
- 4+ years working in healthcare data products.
- 2+ years in roles with customer-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with SQL or demonstrated expertise in Excel analysis.
- Proven technical writing experience, specifically translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reason through use cases.
- Data storytelling ability.
- Bias towards action.
- Nice to have: Experience in product or collaborating with product development teams.
- Nice to have: AI evals background and experience establishing agentic quality frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial teams by answering complex internal data questions and explaining data limitations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and build an AI data context layer.
- Define and write evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality.
- Drive the development of tooling within data products to support data explainability.
- Translate complex data concepts into accessible written documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
