Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
- Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and developing key metrics.
- Develop proactive implementation, communication, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational process improvements.
- Mentor team members and promote professional growth.
