Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing localization or digital projects from briefing to delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Trello.
- Experience with localization platforms and translation management systems (e.g., Smartling or other CAT tools).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of project administration including estimating, timings, costs, and invoicing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver end-to-end localization projects for website, social media, and print assets.
- Submit and authorize translation projects while adhering to client briefs.
- Provide translated copy in required formats to internal teams.
- Conduct quality assurance pre and post-localization to verify strings, context, and content accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with global and regional teams, client copywriters, and validators.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders regarding translation delays and campaign changes.
- Generate campaign status reports and maintain records of project communications and deliverables.
