Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Solid technical background with understanding of software, cloud, and web technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Version One, and MS Office.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Analytics background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between teams for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage client relationships and communication across all project phases.
- Lead a remote team, overseeing training and productivity.
- Facilitate as a scrum master using Agile methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between multi-functional internal teams.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage resource allocation and perform risk management to minimize project impact.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report status to management.
