- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and improve company processes.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of building trust with diverse user types.
- Fluent in English.
- AI fluency with experience in building workflows, automations, or tools.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage workload in a high-autonomy environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email and live chat for approximately six self-scheduled hours per day.
- Solve technical problems to help customers achieve publishing and commerce goals.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to build better tools and products.
- Identify efficiency improvements and potential issues before they arise.
- Pilot new services such as customer onboarding calls.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
