  • Fluent in English.
  • AI fluency with experience in building workflows, automations, or tools.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage workload in a high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email and live chat for approximately six self-scheduled hours per day.
  • Solve technical problems to help customers achieve publishing and commerce goals.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to build better tools and products.
  • Identify efficiency improvements and potential issues before they arise.
  • Pilot new services such as customer onboarding calls.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
