- Ability to support teams with varied levels of AI and data expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging demonstrations to showcase Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini capabilities for different business outcomes.
- Provide hands-on coaching to help employees integrate these AI tools into their daily workflows.
- Share best practices and advanced case examples to facilitate widespread AI adoption.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing AI usage to drive business efficiency.
- Partner with teams to identify challenges and build AI-enabled workflows, assistants, or agents.
- Support build sessions by mapping workflows and connecting AI to approved data and documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize AI applications for specific business requirements.
- Support learners during live, instructor-led virtual sessions with real-time, hands-on assistance.
