Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
- Proven experience managing Agile methodologies, daily standups, and work breakdown structures.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
- Proficiency in client account management, including upsell/cross-sell and collections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and incident remediation.
- Experience documenting complex projects, including RCAs and performance reports.
- Proficiency with incident management and project tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects, including program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution.
- Drive AI and technology enablement projects, integrating them into organizational workflows.
- Manage end-to-end client accounts, onboarding, delivery progress, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure deployment excellence.
- Optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance release metrics to improve delivery speed.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve project deadlocks through technical problem-solving.
- Maintain documentation, including contracts, Statements of Work (SoWs), and project status updates.
